PCO Accreditation Application Process (Step-by-Step)

    Includes completed PCO application form, proof of training and competency, curriculum vitae, and a letter of appointment from the company.

    Submit Application to EMB

    Submit forms and supporting documents to the DENR Regional Office and pay required accreditation fees.

    Evaluation and Issuance

    EMB evaluates applicant qualifications, may conduct a site inspection, and issues the PCO Accreditation Certificate (valid for 3 years).
