TopLink provides a platform to connect clients seeking professional engineering and related services with professionals who offer such services. We are a facilitator and are not a party to any agreement between clients and professionals.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include misrepresenting your qualifications, infringing intellectual property, or spamming other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TopLink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TopLink makes no warranties regarding the services provided by professionals. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopLink disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event will TopLink be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site.
